Summer Sands

For a summer gathering by the coast, we brought guests together for a full day that moved from beachside downtime into an evening celebration. Set at Beach Restaurant Republiek, the entire venue was used across indoor spaces, terraces and the beach, creating a natural flow between moments throughout the day.
Guests arrived by bus and entered through a check-in with lockers and a goodie bag, before moving into a relaxed daytime program. Lunch was served across the indoor and outdoor areas, while guests could join beach activities such as volleyball, supping and group challenges, or settle into the terraces and sun beds. As the day shifted into evening, a BBQ dinner was served with a live acoustic band, gradually building the pace.
Later on, the setup opened into a full party. The roofed terrace transformed into a dancefloor with DJ sets, fire performers marked the transition into the night, and the evening closed with a fireworks show on the beach before guests returned to Amsterdam.
