Rosewood Hotels brought its global management team to Amsterdam for a four day summit, marking a defining moment in the brand’s evolution. Set within Rosewood Amsterdam, the former Palace of Justice, the programme unfolded as a lived expression of Rosewood 3.0, shaped around discovery, connection and transformation.
Each day opened with guided rituals, from tea ceremonies to breath-work and sound, setting the tone before the programme continued across the hotel. Conversations unfolded between the summit room, courtyards and corridors, supported by subtle interventions and a layered visual language. From paper art installations to custom made menu objects created by artists, every element carried the identity of the summit throughout.
Evenings shifted the experience entirely. At De Duif, a historic church was transformed into a 360 degree environment where projections, sound and live performance unfolded around the dinner. Transparent screens formed an architectural layer within the space, while Nick Verstand’s The Orbital installation anchored the room above. Back at Rosewood, long candlelit tables stretched through the hallways, where the dinner unfolded through a sequence of placements, light and performance, turning the building into the setting for an intimate closing moment.
